The picture above really has nothing to do with this post--I just thought it turned out neat!!Over the weekend, Gracen and I traveled to visit family that we don't get to see nearly often enough to celebrate the first birthday of this incredibly cute little guy.

My favorite part of a first birthday is watching the birthday boy (or girl as the case may be) flirt with the birthday cake wondering if he really should try this.
Oh my, did he!! I think he thought it was just great!!
Three of the cousins--my Gracen, my niece Jordyn, and birthday boy Roman. Another cousin was in attendance but was napping!!
Roman's birthday is actually Tuesday--Happy Birthday, again, sweet boy!!
