I decided to look for different shades of yellow--don't know how successful I was but I had fun trying.
My bright yellow clad daughter (who was truly not mad)!
The warm golden yellow brown of late afternoon sunlight.
The pale yellow of almost all white azaleas.
The changing yellow of a molting goldfinch. They have pretty much all changed to vibrant yellow now. How I'd love to have the exact color of them as a wall color--though I'd probably appreciate it less if I saw it every day.
Finally, a bright yellow

I have a real weakness for birds, so that would have to be my favorite! Nicely done this week!
The photos of your daughter are beautiful.
I loved the picture of your daughter.. she is beautiful.
I really hoped that I would be able to get a picture of a goldfinch at our feeders but haven't seen any this week.
Lovely photos. I like the second one of your daughter with the soft yellow light...beautiful!!
The bird one is pretty too..... This past Sunday after church I looked out the church window and saw all the children huddled around something on the ground. I went out to see what it was. There was a dead goldfinch on the ground. It must have flown into the church window and died. All the kids were looking at it. It was so beautiful in color. My 4 year old was almost in tears. Her and Daddy went back later and took care of the bird. Anyway, your picture reminded me of it....
I loved the goldfinch shot! :) My fav for sure!!!
The bee, so nice and crisp. I don't call dandelions weeds either! (unless the in my gardens)
That second picture of Gracen is stunning!!!
I love the top photo the best. She is beautiful!
Of course I love the pics of Gracen, but those aside, I'm in love with the azalea shot. Such gentle sweet color. You are doing great work, Dana!
Great shots, all of them. the bird and the bee on dandelion are particularly impressive--how you got them to sit still for a portrait.
