I received The Boy Who Changed The World by Andy Andrews from Thomas Nelson Publishers to review.
This children's book is a great story about a boy named Norman who changed the world! But it also tells the stories of other boys who changed the world and affected in some way Norman's ability to do the things he did.
The story, while simple enough for a child to understand, leaves lots of room for parents to elaborate on the story. There are many opportunities to share about the lives of the other boys mentioned in this story (George Washington Carver, for one).
So many jumping off points for great learning and exploration which is one mark of a good children's book in my opinion.
The artwork in this book is also wonderful. Clear pictures with lots of detail. The illustrations were done by Philip Hurst.
This is a great book for children!
