This week's theme for the photo challenge was Valentine. Fortunately, I had taken this picture at the end of last week when I made cupcakes for Kid's Club last Sunday evening!
Also, I don't know that I can adequately say thank you to everyone who has emailed, “Facebook-ed”, and called during this time. Nanny came through the open heart surgery as well as she could have. The next few days and weeks will likely be very tough for her. We'll have a graveside service for Granddaddy tomorrow.
Again, thank you for your care and concern for me and for my family during this time. Your emails and calls have been lifeline of sorts for me and mean more to me than I can ever tell you.
