10 Things

My friend, Angie, had a blog post entitled, "10 Things You Don't Know About Me".

I thought I would play along.

1) The first time I remember seeing my life flash before my eyes was in 5th grade when a girl choked me over a bag of Now and Later candy that Mom had put in my lunch box. I think I may have given that girl a bag for Christmas that year!
Interestingly enough, this happened in Mrs. Sour's class--no kidding.

2) I can NOT sleep with the closet door open.

3) I wrecked the driver's ed car. Totaled. Not fun. Made an A in the course though.

4) On my 16th birthday, I got to take my Dad's truck out cruisin'. I ran into a Sonic pole and banged up the front fender. Not fun.

5) I love the smell of coffee but can't stand the taste.

6) I don't drink tea, iced or hot. Would love to like hot tea but just can't.

7) I once convinced my sister that she did not have a liver.

8) I was crowned Kindergarten Princess.

9) I have always wanted to learn to scuba dive--and think I would like to dive in a cage and see sharks. I'd probably chicken out though--on the cage part.
